Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the 'cooling-off period'.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using one of the following methods:

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract

What Happens Next

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt promptly. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. We will issue a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).

Return Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions

Please note that the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, such as seeds or plants that have a very short viability window. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.
