NZ NATIONAL ORDERS (Orders dispatched to addresses within New Zealand)
Orders are processed and dispatched twice a week using courier post (Mondays and Thursdays) an email confirmation with tracking number will be sent by email, you can track your package at https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking. Please contact us if your order has not arrived at sales@nzseeds.co.nz
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Orders dispatched to addresses outside New Zealand)
You agree to pay all customs duties, and or other taxes and fees that may be levied by your government. You are responsible for knowing and heeding any import regulations, prohibitions, and restrictions that may apply.
If Required Phytosanitary certificates with tracked delivery are available through the delivery option at checkout NZ$680 (NZ$560 Phytosanitary certificate & NZ$120 international tracked courier, allow extra 10 working days for issue of Phytosanitary certificate)
NZSeeds shall not be responsible for shipments that are seized by customs or prohibited entry into your country for any reason.
Orders are processed and dispatched twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays) normally using a non-tracked service, please allow 6 weeks for delivery.
Importing Seed, It is the importer's responsibility to ensure that import requirements are met.
UK seed Imports
Now the UK has left the EU there are new plant health requirements in place to import seeds into the UK. Please see below for guidance.

APHIS regulates the import seeds into the United States.

All other countries refer to your Goverments plant protection organisation (requirements for importing seed for sowing).

Preferred payment is by Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB cards)

TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE
Seeds should be inspected on arrival and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return within 14 days and we will cheerfully exchange or refund including your postage. If you are in any way disappointed by the quality of any seed you buy from us please let us know.
We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the description or productiveness, of any seed and will not in any way be responsible for the resultant crop, except any liability which arises from statutory guarantees under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in respect of non-business customers.
The above terms are accepted by the purchaser when an order is placed.
YOUR PRIVACY
We collect and hold personal information from you when you fill out the forms in our website shop. We store this information with Shopify and our service providers who supply our website to us. We also provide information to Mailchimp if you opt onto our mailing list so that we are able to keep you informed about new listing, fresh stock and other specials.
Also, when you use our website shop a cookie (which is a small text file) will be loaded onto your computer. The purpose of the cookie is to identify you during your session. You can change the settings on your browser so that you will not receive any cookies. However, if you choose to do this you may not be able to make a purchase in our website shop.

If you haven’t correctly provided your information to us we may not be able to deliver the goods and services to you properly, or provide you with a refund if we’ve decided to refund any money to you. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you supply us with incorrect information.
Under the NZ Privacy Act 1993 you have rights to access and correct the personal information you provide to us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by placing an amended version of the policy on this website. Please check the website regularly for changes to this policy. Once the Privacy Policy is changed your ongoing use of this website indicates your acceptance of the changes.
SECURE PAYMENT POLICY
All credit card transactions are processed immediately by shopify and secured with their latest encryption protocol. The card details you enter are safe because they are not stored or cached by the merchant but entered directly into the banking system.
