International Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before placing an international order with NZSEEDS.

Shipping & Delivery

International orders are shipped (depending on what the customer chooses at checkout) via Non Tracked Shipping (stamped), Tracked International, or FedEx (when accompanying a Phytosanitary certificate). Delivery times vary by destination, but Non Tracked shipping can take 4-8 weeks to reach some countries. NZSEEDS is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Phytosanitary Certificates

Some products require a Phytosanitary Certificate for import into your country. This is up to the customer to check with their countries import requirements to see if they need one. Additional fees may apply.

Import Permits

For orders going to the USA we recommend the customer getting an import permit for their desired species to ensure they reach their destination.

Import Duties & Taxes

The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country upon delivery. NZSEEDS has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as parcel weights vary.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. Please contact us within the timeframe to initiate a return.

Biosecurity & Import Restrictions

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country. NZSEEDS cannot be held liable for orders seized or destroyed by customs authorities.
